Invitational Poster
Spring 2026
Design Objective
For my poster, I chose to highlight Mary Wineburg. A renowned Cincinnati athlete and bearcat alumni. Wineburg not only ran track at UC but would eventually become a gold medalist at the 2008 olympics.
Hierarchy Studies
Although none of these studies completely showcase ideas from my final design. The early idea of diagonal movement across the page can be seen.
Initial Sketches
During the sketching phase, I had the idea of implementing a rounded element into my design. Something akin to the curve on a track.
